Active listening, the development of new perspectives and the concentration on my own as well as on the strengths of others are tasks and skills that run like a red thread through my entire professional life. In my 20-year career, I have worked in Germany and abroad, as a manager in the retail business, as an IT project manager for innovations, as chief of staff in a Dax group company and as a human resources manager in energy companies and the financial sector. Experiences, which form the basis of my work as a coach, as well as my training as a systemic coach.
